Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end‑user devices (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) to ensure stable operation of office systems.
2. Maintain the office network environment (switches, routers, wireless APs, etc.), handle network connectivity issues and security incidents, including configuring switches such as TP‑Link, Ruijie, etc.
3. Provide IT technical support for daily operations, including operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), office software (Office, email systems), and conferencing systems (IP phones, video conferencing).
4. Manage the IT asset inventory, participate in formulation and implementation of standardized processes, and assist with system migration or upgrades.
5. Respond to emergency faults and provide 24/7 on‑call support when necessary.
