**What you will be doing**:
- Perform initial troubleshooting.
- Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations.
- Proactively monitor and identify problems in internal systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance using pre-established best practice checklists.
- Download bank statements, in case of problems with the automated platforms.
- Monitor system operation in terms of postings.
**Requirements**:
- Data Analytics (Databases, SQL);
- Experience in technology;
- Ability (technical and judgment) to understand urgency and make decisions;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical and technical skills;
- Proficiency in Spanish and english;
