Position Overview

            Title: Network Operations Center Team Lead

Location: Wayne, PA / Charlotte, NC --Hybrid- (3 days a week on site)

Schedule: 6+Months Contract to Perm Hire

Pay rate- $65-70/hr on W2

Job Summary 

Core Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operational support across all network technologies

Mentor, coach, and quality   check S1 analysts

Provide feedback on communication quality, troubleshooting approach, and ticket handling

Serve as first point of escalation before issues reach S3

Partner with management on performance assessment and development of junior staff
