We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Operations Executive to ensure smooth execution and compliance of all network change operations. The role involves monitoring, reporting, and maintaining quality standards across network activities in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure process optimization for smooth delivery of network change operations
Monitor and maintain quality assurance of KPIs related to change management
Enforce rules, regulations, and compliance standards across operations
Monitor, verify, and generate reports for all change activities
Identify and document network security cases for awareness and improvement
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for non‑compliance cases
Track and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans
Work in a 24/7 shift rotation (duty roster) to ensure continuous operations
