Responsibilities Technical Design & Customer Engagement

Conduct technical discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to understand connectivity requirements.

Design end‑to‑end IoT wireless network solutions using managed cellular routers and modems.

Translate customer requirements into device configurations, deployment standards, and implementation plans.

Support customers through network integration activities including LAN/WAN design, VPN/IPsec, and routing strategy.
