Overview

The role is that of a Network Support Engineer who will communicate effectively with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.

The candidate should have a 2:1 or above in a Networking or other computer or IT related degree.

• Arithmetic and mathematical skills
• BTEC or equivalent and educated to Degree Level
• VMware technical understanding and skills
• Balanced approach to IT Security
• Understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems 2008 onwards including Active Directory, WSUS, SMTP, File Services, and NPS
• Knowledge of Cisco and networking
