Position Summary/Description:
This position is a fixed-term, clinical faculty genetic counselor position. The primary role of this position is to support the mission of the Neurogenetics and Precision Medicine program ( UNC Neurogenetics) in the Department of Neurology and to advance health care through excellence in neurogenetics across the UNC Health system. Teaching and supervision of fellows, residents and students is an expected component of this faculty position. Additional opportunities to engage in ongoing research projects are available.

The ideal job applicant will have prior experience in genetics in neurological disorders with adult and/or pediatric patients, and with predictive testing for variable onset disorders.
