Job Description

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a New Accounts Administrator to join their team for a 13 month contract in Markham. This is a hybrid role that is in office 2 days a week.

The New Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing all processes and procedures related to the opening of new accounts. This role requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who can ensure that all requests and inquiries from advisors, clients, and head office are handled accurately and promptly, in accordance with established service level agreements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Opening accounts through the digital platform and directing packages to advisors and clients

  • Reviewing new accounts for FATCA, CRS, and QI documentation
