Position Overview

            Handles approval of online account applications/checking of account-opening information and requirements in a timely manner 
Educates customers on available products and services of COL and assists them from the application phase all the way to their first trade 
Handles all communication with customers using Sales communication channels 
Attends to walk-in customers and have an efficient queuing time 
Supports the conduct of sales and marketing campaigns, programs, events, and/or functions
