BySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Benalmádena/Mijas (Málaga) area.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies.
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings and face-to-face meetings.
• Proactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process.
• Negotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts.
• Preparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer.
• Developing and presenting marketing proposals.
• Managing all administrative tasks related to the sales process.
