Baker Roofing Company – New Construction Senior Estimator (Charlotte) The New Construction Senior Estimator prices and sells assigned projects while supporting department-wide development.

This role demands accuracy, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure.

Senior Estimators are expected to mentor junior team members, collaborate across departments, and contribute to the overall growth of the Estimating team.  This position will require relocation to Charlotte, NC.

This is not a remote opportunity and based in our Charlotte office.
