New Product Assessment (NPA) Associate

The New Product Assessment (NPA) Associate supports the execution and day‑to‑day management of the NPA framework within the Commercial & Investment Bank. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, Control Managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure new and existing products are assessed, documented, and governed in a manner that is compliant, ethical, and aligned with firmwide standards. The Associate acts as a key operational and analytical contributor to the NPA platform, providing oversight, coordination, and quality assurance across initiatives, while also driving continuous improvement of controls, reporting, and processes.
