The successful candidate will support and drive new product development activities through a combination of technical investigation, experimental analysis, structured project coordination, and digital or AI/ML-enabled data interpretation. The role is intended for a hands-on senior engineer or scientist who can contribute technically, manage development workstreams with discipline, and help translate development concepts into practical outcomes aligned with business and customer needs.

• Support the development of new products and product improvements from concept through evaluation, technical validation, and implementation
• Plan and execute technical work related to formulation, materials, process optimization, characterization, or product performance assessment
• Work with internal stakeholders to define technical objectives, development priorities, and success criteria
