Overview To proactively sell new and used vehicles to retail and corporate customers, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to monthly sales and profit targets. Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience: Prospect, qualify, and close new vehicle sales to achieve monthly targets. Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle handovers to premium standards. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on the full premium range and competitor offerings. Pipeline & CRM Management: Generate and manage your own sales pipeline via walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and proactive prospecting. Update and maintain accurate customer data, quotes, and activity on the CRM system daily. F&I & After-Sales Handover: Work with F&I to maximize finance, insurance, and accessory penetration per unit.
