Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for production and development environments. Configure and manage services across multiple platforms. Collaborate with vendors, software providers, and internal teams for issue resolution. Handle L1 and L2 support escalation and resolution. Identify automation opportunities using Nexthink and Intune.
