1.Nexthink Platform Management
Experience in

implementation, configuration, and administration

of the Nexthink platform, ensuring optimal performance and integration with enterprise systems.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, and version enhancements in coordination with vendor support.
Maintain role-based access, data sources, and connectors as per compliance and security policies.
2. Dashboard and Visualization
Design and develop

custom Nexthink dashboards, campaigns, and score definitions

tailored to operational KPIs and user experience goals.
