Mô tả công việc: CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Quản lý các giao dịch tiền mặt và kế toán hàng ngày, các khoản thanh toán của khách hàng và các khoản phải thu. Phát hành và quản lý hóa đơn, đối chiếu nhà cung cấp và kiểm tra hóa đơn. Xử lý bảo hiểm, báo cáo hành chính, tính lương và thực hiện khóa sổ hàng tháng. Tổ chức và duy trì các tài liệu và hồ sơ kế toán, phản hồi kiểm toán và chuẩn bị các tài liệu liên quan. Chuẩn bị các báo cáo nội bộ.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Manage daily cash and accounting transactions (cash inflow/outflow, payment request entries, etc.)
• Manage customer payments and accounts receivable
• Issue and manage invoices (for customers/suppliers)
• Reconcile suppliers (NCC) and check invoices
• Handle insurance and various administrative reporting tasks
• Process payroll and perform monthly closing
