Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm quản lý toàn bộ quy trình xuất nhập khẩu, từ việc điều phối vận chuyển, chuẩn bị chứng từ, đến xử lý các giao dịch ngân hàng và khai báo hải quan. Đồng thời, hỗ trợ khách hàng và thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường cơ bản.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Export Shipment Management:
• Arrange export bookings with shipping lines and forwarders
• Monitor shipment schedules (ETD, ETA, quantities, booking status)
• Open export declarations and follow customs clearance procedures
• Export Documentation:
• Prepare full set of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, C/O, Insurance, etc.)
• Collect and verify all shipping documents for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare draft C/O documents and coordinate with customers for confirmation
