Night Concierge role at TieTalent at a residential site in Brighton. 37.5 hours per week, overnight shifts on a rolling 4 on, 4 off rota, including weekends and bank holidays. Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings are safe by monitoring, completing welfare checks, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Maintain professionalism and kindness with visitors, attend to calls, manage deliveries, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide clear morning handovers with updates on residents, incidents, or safeguarding concerns.
