This role involves providing support across multiple departments, ensuring guest safety and comfort, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of public areas, and completing routine security and operational checks. The Night Porter acts as a key member of the night team, offering a warm welcome to guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly and discreetly.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol all corridors, ensuring all windows and doors are locked and secured.
• Check the kitchen and ensure that all equipment, lights and fans are off.
• Patrol outside of the hotel and close and lock all doors and windows.
• Check for any light bulbs that need to be replaced and write in the maintenance book as necessary.
