Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nightshift Supervisor to oversee night operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will lead and support a team of production operatives, manage workflow in line with production plans, promote a strong health and safety culture, and ensure all operational and quality procedures are consistently followed.

Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, this position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor looking to develop their career within a growing manufacturing business.
