We are a dynamic, 24/7, 365-day operation based in Rainham, looking for a strong, collaborative Shift Manager to oversee our night operations on a structured 4-on, 4-off rotation. Working alongside our existing supervisor, you will lead our shopfloor team, streamline our production/service processes, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
