They're now looking for a Production Shift Manager to lead a nights shift team and help drive the next stage of their growth journey.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and developing Team Leaders and production colleagues to hit shift targets safely and efficiently
Owning shift performance against KPIs - productivity, waste, service levels, plan attainment
Championing food safety, GMP, and audit readiness across the shift
Driving a strong health & safety culture, from safety walks to risk assessments
