Position Overview
Job Summary Provide administrative and procedural support to court operations, including file management and scheduling. Interact with legal professionals and the public to facilitate efficient and accurate court proceedings. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Manage court dockets and schedules, coordinate hearing dates, and notify parties of proceedings. Receive, review, and process filings, pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents; enter case information into case management systems. Prepare and maintain court records, exhibits, and indexes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate retention. Assist judges and court officers during proceedings, administer oaths, record rulings, and prepare minutes or transcripts as required. Provide information and direction to members of the public, legal professionals, and law enforcement regarding court procedures and required documentation.
