Job Summary Provide administrative support by preparing, editing and processing correspondence, publications and regulatory documents. Maintain records, respond to inquiries, and support compliance and filing activities. Number of Positions 4 Main Duties Draft and edit business correspondence, newsletters and publications for internal and external distribution. Prepare, review and process regulatory forms, permits and submissions according to established procedures. Maintain organized filing systems and electronic records, ensuring accurate indexing and retrieval. Respond to routine inquiries by phone, email or mail and route complex matters to appropriate staff. Coordinate publication schedules, mailings and distribution of documents and materials. Compile data and prepare reports, summaries and logs for management review.
