Job Summary

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with hearing, balance, communication, or swallowing disorders. Work collaboratively with health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments using standardized tests and instrumentation for hearing, balance, speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions for pediatric and adult clients.
• Fit, program, and provide follow-up care for hearing devices and related assistive listening technologies where applicable.
• Provide counseling and education to clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, device use, and home-based therapy programs.
