Main Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front- and back-of-house staff during shifts to ensure timely and consistent service.
- Prepare and adjust staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace health standards through regular inspections and corrective actions.
- Monitor food quality and presentation; handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Manage inventory, receive deliveries, track stock levels, and control waste to support cost management.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members; support onboarding and professional development efforts.
