Job Summary Prepare and portion meat products for retail and wholesale customers while ensuring quality and safety. Provide product knowledge to customers and support inventory and order fulfillment tasks. Number of Positions 6 Main Duties Inspect, trim, debone and cut primal and subprimal meat into retail and wholesale portions according to specifications. Operate and maintain cutting equipment and hand tools such as knives, band saws, and grinders safely and efficiently. Weigh, package, label and price products for display or shipment, and prepare custom or bulk orders as requested. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, follow sanitation procedures, and adhere to food safety standards. Monitor and rotate inventory, record waste and spoilage, and assist with receiving and storing incoming shipments.
