Position Overview

Job Summary Provide front-line customer service and support to clients of financial institutions. Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and product information while maintaining confidentiality. Number of Positions 4 Main Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and assistance. Process account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments according to procedures.
