Main Duties
- Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products or services to generate sales.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle returns, and maintain cash handling accuracy.
- Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report discrepancies.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads, and maintain customer records as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and participate in training and staff meetings.
