Job Summary Operate cranes to lift, move and place materials safely on construction and industrial sites. Perform equipment inspections and coordinate with rigging crews to ensure efficient lifting operations. Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Operate tower, mobile, or overhead cranes to hoist, lower and position materials according to lift plans and load charts. Perform pre-operational inspections, routine maintenance checks, and report mechanical issues to maintenance personnel. Interpret load charts, rigging plans and basic technical drawings to determine rigging and lifting requirements. Communicate with riggers, signal persons and site supervisors to coordinate lifts and maintain site safety. Set up and secure crane components, outriggers and hoisting equipment following manufacturer guidelines and site procedures.
