We are looking for an experienced NOC Lead to manage and oversee 24x7x365 Network Operations Center activities. The role will be responsible for leading the NOC team, ensuring SLA compliance, managing escalations, improving service delivery, and maintaining high operational standards in line with ISF requirements.
