As the NOC Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the organization’s IT infrastructure, network systems, and data operations. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum network uptime, overseeing helpdesk and escalation processes, and driving continuous improvements across the Network Operations Center (NOC). Combining technical expertise with leadership capabilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network performance with business goals.
