This role exists to make sure Hungry Lion's Non-Conformance Product (NCP) claims process works the way it should. You'll manage the NCP app, support stores in logging claims correctly, and verify that every submission has the right documentation behind it because an incomplete or incorrectly logged claim is a rejected claim.
The detail is the job. A wrong batch number, a missing photo, or an incorrect category means the claim fails. If you're someone who catches those things before they become problems and follows up until they're fixed, you'll be exactly right for this. WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
