Shape NovaCare’s future as a Non-Executive Director, supporting quality care, independence and community connection across the Hunter.

• Contribute to the governance and strategic direction of a respected Hunter-based not-for-profit.

• Support an organisation helping people live independently, safely and meaningfully in their own homes and communities.

• Bring clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse or Geriatrician, aged care, health, quality and safety expertise, or senior marketing, business development and growth experience to a values-led Board.
