Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled
NDT Technician
with expertise in
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
to perform inspections on structural components and piping systems in compliance with company procedures and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
NDT inspections
using
UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing), RT (Radiographic Testing), and PAUT
on structural and piping components. Identify
surface defects
in weld joints and parent metal areas using
PT and MT techniques
. Perform
ultrasonic inspections
of welds and corrosion monitoring on pipelines. Evaluate
corrosion mapping
in static equipment, including
valves, shell pipes, and other subcomponents
. Conduct
UT, PT, and MT
inspections on
vessels and heat exchangers
. Monitor
UT scanning
on
pressure vessels
