Product Support & Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating projects withing the delivery team. Collaborate with team members to help track progress of product delivery work against established timelines Assist in gathering and analyzing data for project evaluation and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between project deliverables and business requirements. Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the Product Delivery team members. Documentation & Communication
Create and maintain product documentation such as release notes, process guides, and feature summaries. Support communication of product updates to internal stakeholders and business partners. Help prepare materials for product demos, sprint reviews, or roadmap discussions. Analysis & Research
