Our Nordic Incident Management team is responsible for coordinating customer-critical incidents across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Germany. We ensure reliable service for our B2B customers through managing cases in a quick, concise, and quality focused way — securing trust with our customers and partners.
We are now looking for a Nordic Incident Manager to join the team in Oslo. In this role, you will lead coordination of incidents across countries, act as an escalation point, and ensure that customer communication is clear, timely, and professional.
