Lumon Oy is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our Nordic team. The role supports managers and leaders across Finland, Sweden and Norway, with travel across the Nordics required. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with hands-on responsibilities in a fast-evolving environment.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, design onboarding, ensure data quality and GDPR compliance, and analyse HR data to drive improvements. Fluency in Finnish, English and Swedish is expected.
