TE Connectivity is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused **Cost Driver & Project Manager** to lead and deliver cost reduction initiatives across our the region you’re hired in. This role will identify, prioritize, and execute cross-functional cost optimization opportunities while driving measurable bottom-line impact.

You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality and Supply Chain teams to systematically reduce product and operational costs without compromising quality, delivery, or innovation.
