This is a specialist court-based role offering £38 per hour Umbrella for social workers with strong public law experience.

The Role

You will manage a caseload of children subject to court proceedings, ensuring high-quality assessments and evidence to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing complex court proceedings
Completing Parenting Assessments
Undertaking Risk Assessments and Viability Assessments
Preparing court statements, including final evidence and care plans
Working closely with legal teams and partner agencies throughout proceedings
