Position Overview

**Job overview**
At Recharge, the Customer Service Agent (CSA) plays a support role in implementing standards and processes involved with the support of our customer’s needs. The CSA maintains documentation such as correspondence and operational records and communicates promotional offers to customers. To ensure success, the CSA needs to employ prudence and tact in interacting with others and be focused on customer retention. CSA is able to perform to a high level of accuracy and is meticulous and organised. This position can work remotely.
**Key responsibilities and Duties**
- Investigate and solve customer’s feedback and complaints.
- Maintain proficiency with all tools used in all customer service interactions, such as Podio, ERPNext, Zendesk CRM, DHL, WooCommerce, etc.
- Maintain proficient with company policies, warranty, and shipping procedures
