Next Job Abroad is recruiting Norwegian-speaking Assistance Coordinators for our client’s international travel assistance team in Torrevieja (Costa Blanca) and Fuengirola (Costa del Sol).

In this role, you’ll support Nordic travellers worldwide when unexpected situations occur during their trips, coordinating medical care, travel arrangements and practical support.

The assistance centre operates 24/7, requiring day, evening, and night shift coverage.

You’ll Do

• Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
• Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
• Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
• Manage cases in internal systems
