Job Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in San Marcos, TX. Key Responsibilities
Provide full-scope primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
