Job Purpose ​

To support the R&D team to deliver the R&D & Innovation agenda for the Biscuit categories. Work cross functionally with the Innovation Funnel process to deliver EPD and NPD to exceed both internal customers (Brand) and external customers expectation. Work together with next generation suppliers, ingredients and packaging to deliver consumer focused products. ​

What you will contribute ​

Manage & maintain the test bakery areas – ensure documentation for QMS/BRC/H&S is completed as required​

Ensure raw materials are rotated and maintained in line with agreed site allergen policies and GMP​

Prepare concept samples in response to written briefs recording and recommending any improvements to quality/processability​
