New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer – San Juan del Río, Querétaro | On‑site

Why this role exists: At Morgan SJd R, new products don’t magically appear on the production floor ready to run. Someone has to turn customer specs into real, repeatable manufacturing processes — and that’s where this role comes in. As our NPI Engineer, you’ll take new products from concept to stable mass production. You’ll set the process, document it properly, challenge what doesn’t work, and make sure we’re ready before the green light is given.
