Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a NPI Manufacturing Engineer. The position will be based at our facility in El Paso, Texas facility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

**What you’ll do:**

Coordinate and manage manufacturing engineering activities in production areas in order to support existing production line, new product development and new production lines, product transfers, equipment specifications and maintenance, lean manufacturing and EQS deployment, MESH initiatives, and product and quality cost improvements.
