About The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Control and PLC systems, you will provide technical support across all plant departments, analyzing, evaluating, and proposing engineering changes to resolve product and manufacturing issues. You will manage pilot builds, validate assembly processes, report BOM issues, and implement reliable procedures. You'll also oversee automation upgrades, PLC programming, and controls troubleshooting, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. The results of your efforts will influence how efficiently products are made, the quality of those products, certification of processes, and overall operational success.
