OSI Optoelectronics in Singapore seeks an experienced NPI leader to drive end‑to‑end product introductions from RFQ to mass production, coordinating across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Test, Supply Chain and Program Management.

You will own schedules, lead First Article, PPAP, ECO/ECN changes, ensure tooling and documentation readiness, and interface with customers on technical and quality matters. Requires 8–15 years EMS/OEM experience and at least 5 years leading cross‑functional teams.
