**Overview**

**_We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing Limb Preservation Program at Emory Healthcare. This role is ideal for a clinician with vascular and/or wound care experience who is passionate about improving access to early revascularization and helping build a comprehensive limb preservation system._**

**_The APP will combine direct patient care with multidisciplinary coordination and program development to support high-risk PAD and chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) patients._**

**_Key Responsibilities_**

+ **_Evaluate and manage patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD), CLTI, surgical, traumatic and venous stasis related wounds_**
+ **_Facilitate rapid access for high-risk referrals to ensure timely imaging and intervention_**
+ **_Coordinate care across vascular surgery, podiatry, infectious disease, wound care, and other appropriate care providers_**<...
